All custom and made-to-order items are handcrafted just for you.

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During busy seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), please allow up to 14 business days for production.
    Rush orders may be available for an additional fee β€” please contact us before placing your order.

🚚 Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, shipping time will depend on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days (U.S. only)

  • Priority shipping: 2–3 business days

  • International shipping times vary by destination.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Pink Diamond Kustomz is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, or any other carrier.

πŸŽ€ Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

✨ Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Once your package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
If this happens, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information. We’ll do our best to assist where possible.

❄️ Holiday Orders

During the holiday season, please order early to avoid delays. We recommend placing Christmas orders no later than December 10th to ensure timely delivery.
